2 months post filler in my nose -3 weeks ago I woke up and had swelling in one of the injected areas, is this a concern? (Photo)

Today I have woken up again with the exact same symptoms. It was very painful and very swollen causing a lot of pressure in between my eyes and causing me to have a headache all the time. Today I woke up and the same thing has happened and it’s more painful for me this time round, just feels like constant pressure in between my eyes and also making me feel very self conscious as it’s swollen.
