Can filler fix nostril asymmetry? (Photo)

In general, up close nasal photos are difficult to evaluate. It appears that your right nostril margin is a drop higher than your left. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon 1000 injections may be considered for lowering the nostril margin for improved symmetry. Hello,Thanks for your question. Filler can help in some instances where the tip is concerned. Much of your tip asymmetry is related to septal and bone asymmetry higher up on the nose. The alar crease can be softened where it meets the face with filler that is carefully performed. The risk is higher because nasolabial perforating vessels lie in this space and injury to them could cause loss of alar/nostril tissue, so be careful.Good luck,Dr. Shah

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose. However, surgery would be needed to improve the nostrils or  overall shape. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
