Does nose clips work? Will it make my nose smaller?

This might be a very stupid question, but my nose is pretty wide. I don't know how to precisely describe my nose, but I am Vietnamese and it is pretty wide. There are people that have been taking cheek piercing, and some of them have been getting dimples by wearing the piercing for a long time. So I wonder if I wear a nose clip for a while, will it change my nose?
