Although I am a huge proponent of Xemoin, which we now use exclusively in my aesthetics practice, if you know you are resistant to both Botox & Dysport, unfortunately, chances are you are most likely resistant to Xeomin also. 

Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin lock the release of a chemical called acetylcholine, which triggers the muscle contractions that create wrinkles. Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin essentially paralyze the muscles and stops them from contracting. Results from these treatments are visible within 3-7 days with results that can last anywhere from 3-4 months. Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin is quite similar in molecular composition, but at the end of the day, they are slightly different from one another. Typically when a patient becomes resistant to Botox and Dysport; Xeomin is a great option. It is a good option because on a molecular level it doesn't have the accessory protein attached, as Dysport and Botox do. Xeomin and Botox are exactly alike and there is no reason to think one would work if the other does not.

Yes, Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin is quite similar in molecular composition, but at the end of the day, they are slightly different from one another.  If you don't mind the investment and being injected again, then I say "why not"?  Give it a shot, if this time Xeomin also don't respond, then at least you'll know.  But if in that slight small chance that it did respond, then hey...bonus!  Recommend if the Xeomin does not respond, wait a year to retry.
