What is the likelihood of Xeomin working when Botox or Dyssport does not work at all?

Question

I am resistant to botox and dyssport. I have tested this over several years at 4 different drs and they all have tried both botox and dyssport with no effect whatsoever. The last doctor went as far as injecting 70-80 units, which is plenty and still no effect. So the conclusion is that I definitely am resistant. She suggested Xeomin, but the amount of money I’ve spent thus far are a shocking figure. Is Xeomin different enough from botox that it will work?

Although I am a huge proponent of Xemoin, which we now use exclusively in my aesthetics practice, if you know you are resistant to both Botox & Dysport, unfortunately, chances are you are most likely resistant to Xeomin also.

Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin lock the release of a chemical called acetylcholine, which triggers the muscle contractions that create wrinkles. Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin essentially paralyze the muscles and stops them from contracting. Results from these treatments are visible within 3-7 days with results that can last anywhere from 3-4 months. Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin is quite similar in molecular composition, but at the end of the day, they are slightly different from one another. Typically when a patient becomes resistant to Botox and Dysport; Xeomin is a great option. It is a good option because on a molecular level it doesn't have the accessory protein attached, as Dysport and Botox do.
