I think, harvested grafts  are implanted very   sparsely .İt is better to make transplantation denser in a certain area and make the rest later . But any way it is early to say something about result.

It looks fine at this time. It appears that it is spread all over your crown area which will possibly, depending upon the thickness of your hair, could be thin. You will know in 8 months Good luck
