Based on your photos and description, the firm bulges may be related to postoperative fibrosis (scar tissue), contour irregularity, or an underlying abdominal wall issue such as diastasis recti or a small hernia. Muscle separation alone does not typically cause localized hard bulges. An...

It is very likely, based on these photos, that you may expect nice improvement in the hands of a board certified plastic surgeon. You seem to have enough fat for visible changes in buttock and hips, which is what you mostly need, as well as tight abdomen and more defined waist. Good luck.

Just these two photos yor wish pic can be achievable but further physical examination and medical history are needed. for smooth tummy , previous pregnancy is also important
