Would a tummy tuck with liposuction and fat transfer help me achieve an hourglass shape and rounder butt? (photos)

Question

Do I have enough fat for significant noticeable or light subtle results ? And will I be able to achieve the hourglass shape ? I'm scheduled for this procedure sept 27,2024 . I wanna make sure I will get a good result . I am 5'4 and weigh 127 pounds .

It is very likely, based on these photos, that you may expect nice improvement in the hands of a board certified plastic surgeon. You seem to have enough fat for visible changes in buttock and hips, which is what you mostly need, as well as tight abdomen and more defined waist. Good luck.

Hello and yank you for posting. You your tummy and overall shape will improve with a tt and bbl. Even if it may not be as drastic as you might like, it will still be a naticable improvement and is actually your best and only option. I do not believe there is enough fat for an hourglass shape but there will still be worth it. You’re tummy will be tighter, your waist smaller and your hips slightly wider.. A vixen look is impossible, but you will get good results!

Thank you for your question.Tummy tuck and bbl can be combine to give a better result. The fat which can be harvested from the flanks will create a narrower waist and transferring the fat to the buttock will create a rounder shape. You have hips dips to be fulled with fat. If you had more fat, the volume of the butts would be more. Even you have less fat, combination of those surgeries will give more than a double effect, as killing two birds with one stone.
