Cheek filler swelling 6 months after - what could be the cause and how can I get rid of it?

hi, 6 months ago I got 1 ml fillers for each cheek. My left side is bigger than my right and I dont like hoe I look. I thought about dissolving but I read a lot of horror stories so I gave up. Until 2 weeks ago, I had a decrease in my cheeks, I felt like the filler was dissolving Then 2 weeks ago fillers suddenly swelled. Now it looks like I got the filler 1-2 months ago. I don't have any pain in my cheeks or anything. What could be the cause and how can I get rid of it? help please

Yes there is a risk of to much injected Hylenex cause dissolving of tissues. It can be a very slippery slope. But it is the ONLY TX for HA issues…
