Could vertical creases on cheek be caused by lip filler? (Photo)

Question

These horizontal lines are new, I've never had them before. Could these be caused by lip filler? I haven't had anything in my lips in about a year, so seems unlikely. What is the best way to get rid of these without adding heaviness to my lower face?

Do you mean vertical or obliques aging lines ?
Might need mini facelift with SMAS or temporary PDO Threading. Best virtual consult with… HA fillers or Radeisse injections could slightly improve

You can try chemical peels, RF micro-needling, with or without PRP, or laser treatment.Lip filler would not cause those vertical cheek lines.
