I'm 45, over the last 13 years I've had fillers. Years ago I started having bulging forehead veins. I was told it was genetic & nothing to be done. But it confuses me, no one in my family has these. I remember my original injector placed a lot of filler in my cheek areas, incl right next to my nose (see photo). When I smile I still feel pressure there. I'm wondering if the filler created pressure that smiling pushes onto the veins and -bulge. Still dissolvable?

It's difficult to say without the benefit of a formal evaluation. Asymmetry is normal and expected. See an expert who does facial shaping with surgical and non surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.
