While knowing the exact location of the cheek filler injection and how far it was from the nasolabial folds is needed, in general it is very rare for fillers to move/migrate, and even if they move, it is very unlikely to move this much. Moreover, even if some filler was able to move and migrate this much, it would have been extremely unlikely to be taking place on both sides similarly. As such, I really do not think that the issue here is filler migration. However, you do need to do a follow up with your provider so they can make an accurate assessment and do any adjustments if needed. I hope it helps and good luck!

As seen nicely posted photos you have a combination of Filler downward migration with minor aging of the lower face. Try very diluted HA dissolver into shadowed areas. Or very limited injection of short lasting low G prime HA fillers to naso labial areas. Best to virtual consult with...
