What to do after lipo irregularities? Inner thighs. (PHOTOS)

A half year ago i’ve had a lipofilling. The doctor took the fat from my flanks and inner thighs. I have these rimples now which make me very insecure. What can I do to smooth/fix this? Non surgical?
