A half year ago i’ve had a lipofilling. The doctor took the fat from my flanks and inner thighs. I have these rimples now which make me very insecure. What can I do to smooth/fix this? Non surgical?

Your lipo irregularities are on your inner thighs will require a medial thigh lift.  The incisions will be placed in the groin area.
