Looking at my scar comparing it to online photos makes it evident that I have a very visible scar. With eyes closed, anybody can see that I had a surgery. The scar surface also makes the fold uneven and bumpy, which contributes to an aged look. What can I do with my scar? My whole surgery has been such a disappointing experience, and I regret it every day still. I also miss the fat pad that gave me youthful inner corner (photo). Is fat transfer or filler recommended to restore?
