Hello, hope you are well. It appears from the attached photos that you have frontal bossing. That occurs due to prominent bony projection, and can be improved substantially with forehead contouring. With this procedure, the bone is remodeled through an inconspicuous incision without necessarily changing your brow position or hairline (unless that's also desired). We do this most frequently for a prominent brow ridge, but the same technique can be applied to the type of bossing that you have. You would need forehead remodeling which could be done with a temporary or permanent filler. Without the opportunity of assessing your forehead dimensions against the rest of your face, it is impossible to tell wether you would benefit from a surgical forehead remodeling.
