What is the best aftercare for Botox in the armpits?

You shouldn’t need any aftercare when you’re treated for hyperhydrosis in your armpits. I have yet to see any patient uncomfortable after this procedure in the past 15 years. I have never seen the injections leading to swelling. There are no limitations at all after treatment. Please consult a board-certified dermatologist who is an expert at controlling excessive sweating with Botox.

This is a great treatment for hyperhidrosis (sweating of the armpits). In general there is not much to do after botox in the armpits. In general it takes 3-5 days to kick in and will need to be repeated in 4-6 months.
