Can you get sick from filler in your chin area?

I recently got some filler in my chin area. I knew that there would be some swelling and maybe some bruising but it is it common to feel 3days later .... achy, chills, sore throat, swollen tonsils? Could this be an indication that something wasn't sterile??

Fillers come pre-packaged sterile and most injectors prep the skin with alcohol or some other type of skin prep. An infection from a filler would usually manifest by redness and swelling at the site of the injection. These symptoms that you are experiencing do not seem related.

Since filler comes in a pre-filled sterile syringe, unless your face was not cleaned off before the injection I doubt your symptoms are related. You might just be getting sick. If you had an infection from the injection you would have a problem which might be a bump at the site of the injection.
