Is It Possible to Make My Eyes Smaller?

I want to have small eyes. I think I have medium eyes, but most of people say that my eyes are big. And I need to have small eyes. Is it possible? I hope it is.

Your photo does not appear to be typical milia in that it appears to be an inflammatory process that could be a simple as reaction to suture material, or contact sensitivity to an ointment or something more serious such as an infection.
