What should I do if I have been on Accutane twice (together for more than 1.5 years) and I still have severe acne? I am female and I weigh 60kg. I have been on accutane for 1 year (20mg/day) and then the acne come back. Than, after half a year, I get back on accutane for 6 months (30mg/day), and very severe acne came back again immediately. Now I don't know what to do. I would like to take Accutane for the third time(this time a higher dose) and I want to know if that is even possible? Can I go on Accutane for the third time?
