I had porcelain veneer's on bottom teeth - one of the teeth is the proclaim cover just ending on the edge (just about covering the top edge) like it does not wrap around to the back the securely- I can feel the sharp edging ending with my tongue. Will this make my veneer fall off eventually and what can be done to fix this?

Answer: Not enough wrap Straight after getting veneers fitted is the time you will notice the smallest bump or angle change, sometimes it is a defect where the veneer is smaller than the preparation. Sometimes it is just excess cement that can be quickly rubbed off. Occasionally, the communication between the dentist and the technician is poor, and the shape that was decided by the dentist was either impossible or ignored by the technician. Fundamentally, you need to speak to your dentist. It is a good idea to check in front of a mirror to work out for yourself the position of the problem so you can explain it quickly.
