So, which is better in my case to make crowns, veneers, or braces then veneers? considering that if i make braces my teeth will be pushed to the inside with and angle, which will not be looking good)? I need and advise

Depending on your bite, veneers can help but it is not the best solution. The correct treatment is to actually see an orthodontist. Veneers are not for everyone, and we need to evaluate the alignment, the wear on your teeth, xrays and photos before a proper consult.

it is difficult to say anything without seeing yr pics, so its my request to upload pics. veneers are contra indicated in edge to edge bite.

You will need to send a photo, though if you are right that you have an edge to edge bite, that is not normally a good starting point to be considering veneers. 
Veneers need to have a standard bite to avoid being shipped off under regular high-inteesty loading. 
This does not mean you can not have the veneers, it does mean you bite will have to be carefully considered and maybe adjusted to give you support from your canine teeth. A bite guard will likely need to be worn regularly and finally your consent form will explain all if this. 
Finally some people habitually move in to edge to edge and their bite is not really like this. This will require your dentist to plan an adaptation period but your end result should be fantastic.
