Hello, My lower face looks squared and heavy. I want to achieve a more feminine V-line shape. I don’t think my squared face is a result of my bone structure (as you can see when I pull up the skin). I am not sure what will be suitable for me? Botox in masseters, buccal fat pad removal (although I really don’t like that hollowed cheek look), liposuction, PDO thread Lift? A surgeon in Korea thought I was a suitable candidate for a facelift. I am 21.

Answer: Jawline Thanks for the question - It's a bit difficult to tell whether masseter injections would benefit you from the pictures as you'll need to have a physical exam to see if they are enlarged and would respond to botox. If that is not the case you might benefit from a jawline reshape with fillers to begin with before considering surgery later.
