Hello, My lower face looks squared and heavy. I want to achieve a more feminine V-line shape. I don’t think my squared face is a result of my bone structure (as you can see when I pull up the skin). I am not sure what will be suitable for me? Botox in masseters, buccal fat pad removal (although I really don’t like that hollowed cheek look), liposuction, PDO thread Lift? A surgeon in Korea thought I was a suitable candidate for a facelift. I am 21.

Thank you for your question! I'm not sure what this is but filler might be able to improve this. I would use cannulas and diluted Defyne place on the periosteum to elevate this area. If still not completely gone, superficial small aliquots of Refyne will also improve, provided that this is not ...
