You should be okay sleeping on your stomach at this point, as long as it's comfortable for you. However, you should ask your surgeon for their advice, since they're more familiar with your situation.
This is one of those questions that effects the life of everyone after surgery but which we rarely give distinct instructions about. Each surgeon approaches this differently and I would advise checking with yours to get an answer from the person who knows your surgeon better than anyone. Generally speaking, however, if it does not hurt at this point to sleep in any particular position, then sleeping is unlikely to cause a great deal of harm.Best,Dr. Pyle

If you do not have any other procedure done like breast surgery or tummy tuck everything should be ok, but otherwise you have to follow the advices of your surgeon
You should ask you surgeon for their recommendations but it should be fine. Obviously if you had other procedures like breast augmentation then you should definitely check with your surgeon.
