Using Brava after fat transfer to breast procedure. When should I stop wearing it?

I had the fat transfer to breast procedure 2 weeks ago in UK. The clinic does not use the Brava procedure but do know of it. I used Brava 4 weeks prior to the procedure and started using it a week after the procedure which was a week ago. I have been wearing Brava after the procedure for 10 hrs a day in the evening/over night. Can I wear it for longer? How long (months) should I wear Brava after the procedure before taking a break? Are there food/drinks to avoid that may decrease final results?

Congratulations on your compliance with the BRAVA system and your choice to optimize your results with fat grafting.  Dr. Khouri, the inventor of the BRAVA system, published a paper in one of our major journals this month about using BRAVA with fat augmentation.  In his study, he recommended use of the device for four weeks prior to surgery (as you did) and then 3-4 weeks following surgery, for at least 10 hours per day.  To our knowledge, there are no food or drinks that are associated with a change in your results.  Compliance with the system is difficult, but if you are able to use it for another few weeks, you will have done everything possible to ensure the best possible result.  Good luck! /nsn
