Can you lipo before a tummy tuck? Some doctors said yes but they don't think I have enough skin for a tummy tuck based off my photos. I have more photos of my holding my skin and pulling so you have a better idea

Answer: Yes, but with a modification I think you to be a good candidate for an abdominoplasty given the amount of laxity in your abdomen. It is hard to tell but you may also have relaxation of the abdominal muscles. It may not be enough skin to fully remove your belly button scar, but this usually leaves a small vertical incision in the middle of your scar. Sometimes this is required in order to give you the best contour possible
