Will a low dose of topical cortisone cream shrink my nose?

My Skin: oily, enlarged pores, thick, water-retention and cystic acne tendency. My problem: enlarged, bulbous nose. I used to have a little nose, but its started to change since adolescence. For most of the time my nose is enlarged. There are periods when it looks acceptable, but it happens v.rare. My goal is to shrink the skin on my nose. IM NOT CONSIDERING ANY CORTISONE INJECTIONS although it is practised. IM FAMILIAR WITH THE RISKS! What about LOW DOSE TOPICAL application?
