Can fat grafting be used to treat nasolabial folds without injecting them directly? (Photos)

Hi everyone! This is my first post haha, for context I am an 18 year old Chinese male, 180cm(5ft11") tall, 66kg(145lbs) and am planning to get facial fat grafting in the near future as I have experienced weight loss from vyvanse. I recently came across this video: https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSUYKYjQQ/ from Dr Amy Chang and wanted to ask can the same effect be achieved with PRP facial fat grafting instead of HA fillers? I've been wanting to get facial fat grafting done and it seems like pretty common practice to inject fat directly into the nasolabial folds but if possible l'd want to avoid that as I heard it can lead to an unnatural and puffy look (or even make nasolabial folds look worse). Any advice would be appreciated! I've added some of recent photos if this helps with my specific case!

You could definitely consider some volume to this area to address the hollowing, either fat vs. filler vs anything else. For the violet hue, this is something that may only improve so much as it's ultimately due to structures in your eye area and the eyelid skin thinness.
