Do I need to go for an epicanthoplasty Eyelid Surgery to widen and lengthen my eyes further? (photo)

Hi doctors, I just had my double eyelid (stitching) done but my eyes seems to look rounder rather than the ‘almond shape’ and long eyes i am expecting. As such should i go for an epicanthoplasty surgery in order to achieve a wider and longer eyes by opening up my tear duct a little more? Attached a photo for your reference.

Hello, From the picture I've seen, if you want an almond shape look, it can be done by doing the epicanthoplasty, which changes the shape of the medial side of your eyes. Also, the distance between your eyes is a bit wide, and the lacrimal lake isn't showing, so you are the perfect indication for the epicanthoplasty. I think it would be better for you to have epicanthoplasty and lateral canthoplasty(more helpful for widening your eyes) to achieve the desired result.
