Hi doctors, I just had my double eyelid (stitching) done but my eyes seems to look rounder rather than the ‘almond shape’ and long eyes i am expecting. As such should i go for an epicanthoplasty surgery in order to achieve a wider and longer eyes by opening up my tear duct a little more? Attached a photo for your reference.

I can see why you want revision of the lids. But fat transfer has no place in the procedure. I would need to examine your lids closely to determine what technique to use.
A surgery such as eyelid symmetry and eyelid removal of the crease may align your eyes and have better form your looking for. Please see a board-certified plastic reconstructive surgeon to see what operation would be suit you in your current health condition.
Although an in-person exam would be necessary to provide a definitive answer, based on the photo you have provided it does appear you would be a suitable candidate for revision upper blepharoplasty to re-create a more visible, symmetric, and defined crease. If you want the best idea of what is...
