I had my upper eyelid surgery doe 35 days ago, my right eyelid remains swelling like sausage, pinkish, itchy below eye brow I observed there is not much improvement during the latest 2 weeks. During local anesthetic surgery for this eye, I felt sharp pain for a few seconds, i screamed and thought my eyeball was being pulled out. I did not know what the surgeon did on me during that time. Is the operation considered failure?

Answer: First, I am so sorry your surgery was uncomfortable. It did not need to be.
First, please seek an in-person consultation. Some of the symptoms you describe could be associated with dry eyes and could be related to the positioning of your lower eyelids. You do have big eyes, but that is a sign of youth! As our eyes get "smaller" with age, most people's goal...
Bags under your eyes and less than 20 years of age usually points to a medical reason such as allergies not under control, blepharochalasis or other causes. These conditions should be ruled out prior to havind surgery at such a yound age.
Thank you for your question. Asymmetry of the eyes is very common and usually is the result of asymmetry of the bony orbit which is not correctable. However there are other causes. I recommend that you have an in person consultation with an Occuloplastic Surgeon for a proper diagnosis.
