My eyes are are too big, and I want to know if anything can be done? (photo)

Your eyes are not really abnormal but can be improved. Part of the reason that your eyes look larger is slight hollowness of the lower eyelids and not having enough support of the lower eyelids. You would benefit from fat injection to your lower eyelids with or without strengthening the support of your lids using canthopexy or canthoplasty. Fat injection will eliminate the hollowness of your eyelids, lift your lower lids, make your eyes slightly smaller and reduce darkish discoloration of the eyelids making them look more energetic and less tired.

Your eyes are within normal limits, depending on genetics, ethnicity, etc.  However, that doesn't mean they can't be improved. The large eye appearance is resulting from relative bulgy eyes and lower eyelid retraction. You may benefit from orbital decompression and/or lower lid retraction surgery. However, they are normal.  On the other hand the awareness of being laughed at over features that you are sensitive about can fit a psychological condition known as body dysmorphic disorder (BDD).  I don't know if you have this condition.  However, typically people who have it think about appearance issues for many hours a day and can even avoid social situations due to these intrusive thoughts.  Generally changing your appearance does nothing to change how the brain thinks.  If you think you might fit into the BDD spectrum, working with a psychologist can be very helpful, more helpful than getting surgery.  Go look and consider reposting on Realself to let us know how things are going.
