Which surgical procedure would make caucasian eyes bigger and more almond shape? (Photo)

Hi I am from Australia, I feel like my eyes are too small for my face shape and features. I am interested to see if there is any procedures to make my eyes bigger and add the almond shape. Which i think I already have however they are small. I am willing to travel anywhere for this procedure.

It would be unusual to  have significant blurring at 12 days post op.  If you are using any ointment then that could definitely be the reason.  If no ointment, in some people there can be a change in the shape of the eye, but this would produce some mild blurring.  See your...
