How would you fix this collapsed v inverted nose deformity, wide nostrils, and my smile line with bottom teeth showing? (photo)

Two issues: I received rhinoplasty in June and need to go back in oct to fix a central nose collapse v deformity. I think he needs to touch up tip and nostril they're too wide. Thoughts? I also think I'm a good candidate for a lip lift so my top teeth will show. They never showed fully before my veneers. Also once lip lift is done will I still need to get Botox in bottom lip so it doesn't drop and reveal my bottom teeth when I smile?
