Two issues: I received rhinoplasty in June and need to go back in oct to fix a central nose collapse v deformity. I think he needs to touch up tip and nostril they're too wide. Thoughts? I also think I'm a good candidate for a lip lift so my top teeth will show. They never showed fully before my veneers. Also once lip lift is done will I still need to get Botox in bottom lip so it doesn't drop and reveal my bottom teeth when I smile?

You need a careful consultation to evaluate the nose.  Sometimes filler can be used to straighten out a collapsed area but it does not make the nose thinner.  The upper lip retraction (gummy smile) can often be nicely improved with botox injections (off label).  Make sure to see a board certified specialist.Best of luck.

For the small depression on the right side, a cartilage graft may be beneficial to camouflage it. Botox will not lift the lip.  A lip lift procedure is probably not necessary but an exam in person would be helpful.
