Is it possible to have a revision rhinoplasty to make the nose look bigger and more defined?

 It is possible to build up a ski-sloped bridge and give the nose a more masculine look. This is accomplished with cartilage grafts from the nose or the ear. If the nose and ear have been depleted of cartilage From previous surgery, then consideration for a synthetic implant or a rib graft can be entertained. Look for surgeon who has extensive experience in rhinoplasty and  revision rhinoplasty.
