I am a 24 year old male. I had a septorhinoplasty done a few years ago to make my nose look smaller and more refined. No computer imaging was used pre-op. My nose ended up looking a little to small/"slope-like"/feminine in addition to looking "operated on". How possible is it to make the nose look a little bigger/masculine/more defined with a skilled revision rhinoplasty surgeon? (Considering Dr. Achih Chen)
