Is it possible to have a revision rhinoplasty to make the nose look bigger and more defined?

It sounds as if your previous rhinoplasty reduced the nasal size and shape too much.  In this situation, grafting is necessary to rebuild nasal volume and shape.  What sort of grafting is needed depends on the degree of correction required and how much cartilage sculpting is needed for restoration of nasal architecture.  The best place to start is consulting with a surgeon experienced in revision rhinoplasty.

Communication is one of the most important steps in planning a rhinoplasty. I would encourage you to choose a surgeon that uses this tool in their discussion with you. I would encourage you to wait a year from your original surgery before having a revision, to allow the nose to completely heal.  A quick fix in the office which can allow you to try on a larger nose would involve injecting a hyaluronic acid filler into the nose. The liquid rhinoplasty can be performed at any time as it can be modified easily.  Fortunately, with revision rhinoplasty, there are a number of materials which can be used to restore structure back to a nose; cartilage from the septum or ear, rib, cadavar tissues, or man made materials. Your surgeon can discuss the options which they feel are the most appropriate for you. 

 It is possible to build up a ski-sloped bridge and give the nose a more masculine look. This is accomplished with cartilage grafts from the nose or the ear. If the nose and ear have been depleted of cartilage From previous surgery, then consideration for a synthetic implant or a rib graft can be entertained. Look for surgeon who has extensive experience in rhinoplasty and  revision rhinoplasty.

Really depends on how much augmentation needs to happen. You could need something as small as some crushed cartilage from your ear, or soft tissue from behind your ear to build up the slope of your nose, but often times in order to get the "defined" look you are shooting for, it will require a substance as firm as rib cartilage that can be carved and leave the crisp angles you are looking for.
