Side Profile - I'm looking for help, recommendations for a more aesthetically appealing side profile (Photo)

At least from the one photo provided, there appears to be a lack of strong definition of the jawline (which contributes to the slight sagging of the upper neck and loss of the ideal cervicomental angle). There also appears to be some degree of chin retrusion, which, in itself, can contribute to loss of jawline definition and submental neck laxity. I am not sure how old you are, but you look like you have a little bit of volume loss, which is natural at a certain point in life. Even though you may have gained some weight, this age related volume loss is still evident. From only seeing your profile, my recommendation is to add filler to the outer cheeks and the tip of the chin. This will give the appearance of a thinner, more elongated face. Adding projection to the chin, in particular, will help give you a little more balance.
While one syringe of Radiesse was a nice start, truthfully that is a very small amount of filler, relatively speaking, particularly for a large area like the jawline.

I don't think you are going to be happy with any procedure that does not include some liposuction of the neck. This can usually be done in the office under local anesthesia with or without minor sedation. Good luck to you.

If you’re saying that when you were thinner, you liked your face better, then the answer is rather simple, lose the weight. Most thinner individuals have better definition, but not always. I think it would be in your best interest to follow a healthy diet, get to the most comfortable weight and seek aesthetic surgeons help only if you’re still not happy with your appearance. Jawline definition has to consider both the soft tissue but primarily the underlying bone structure. Bone augmentation is much better for defining the jawline and also for longevity of the result; especially considering fillers require constant recontouring. One would need more images to determine a method to assist you; but consider more than fillers.
