I had 1 syringe of radiesse split between both sides of my jawline about two months ago and I really didn't see a change. I'm really self conscious about my lower face, it's weak and a huge insecurity for me. I did gain some weight over the last two years , but I don't know if this is contributing to the lack of definition. It just feels sad looking. Please help.
Answer: Robust HA Fillers Can Straighten & Define The Jawline & Augment Chin Projection To Improve Profile Views At least from the one photo provided, there appears to be a lack of strong definition of the jawline (which contributes to the slight sagging of the upper neck and loss of the ideal cervicomental angle). There also appears to be some degree of chin retrusion, which, in itself, can contribute to loss of jawline definition and submental neck laxity. The use of a robust HA volumizing filler to straighten and define the jawline accompanied by the use of a robust HA lifting filler for the chin can address both these issues and significantly improve the overall profile view. In the hands of an experienced injector, both treatments can usually be performed, if so desired, in one treatment session of about one-half hour total, with results that can be immediately seen following treatment. You would be wise to make certain to consult a board certified cosmetic dermatology injector, rather than those that sell treatments by the syringe, as you have already just experienced with dissatisfaction. If you needed your gallbladder out, you wouldn't expect an experienced surgeon to charge you by the number of gauze pads used during the operation. You would naturally expect to be quoted in advance a final price for doing the entire surgery, no matter how long it takes or how many gauze pads are used to get the job done. So, you shouldn't expect a really experienced injector to charge you by the syringe. You should be given a final price in advance for treating the jawline and chin. Hope this helps and best of luck.

Answer: Injectables like Kybella and fillers can help target stubborn areas Thank you for posting your question and photos. Dermal fillers can be used to define the jawline, adding symmetry and enhancing the face's overall appearance. A board-certified facial plastic surgeon can create a more sculpted and contoured look by strategically injecting filler along the jawline. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals with a weak or undefined jawline, as it can help create a stronger and more defined facial structure. Kybella is an injectable that targets stubborn fat pockets under the chin. An expert plastic surgeon can evaluate your needs and combine Kybella with other fillers and treatments to meet your goals. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon and expert injector. They will be able to evaluate your concerns and treatment history, then determine the best course of action to achieve your desired results.

Answer: Jawline Thank you for your photo and question. One syringe of Radiesse was likely not enough product to notice a change. Weight gain and loss can influence the appearance of your face and profile so it may be contributing to the lack of definition. You can consider Morpheus8 treatments to improve overall skin tone and texture. See an experienced provider near you to learn more.

Answer: Facelift A facelift provides more significant and visible results than injectable treatments. Because it's a surgical procedure, results last far longer than other treatmentsA thread lift is a nonsurgical cosmetic procedure that lifts and tightens your skin for a younger look. A thread lift also stimulates your body's collagen production. Collagen creates firmer, more supple skin and naturally diminishes with age. A thread lift procedure has a quick recovery with minimal complications. The mini facelift is a minimally invasive plastic surgery procedure that addresses wrinkles and sagging skin without the scarring and side effects of a regular facelift. Hope this helps
