Is there a way to fix my bbl? My goal is to fix my hip to thigh ratio and and correct my overall shape. Is It possible? (photos)

Hello, thank you for your question. Follow up with the board certified plastic surgeon who performed your lipo and BBL to determine the extent of the revision that is necessary.

You have visible asymmetry of the buttocks. This can be corrected with combination of  conservative liposuction and selective fat grafting. One to two stages may be needed to achieve desired shape/size. In person consultation is recommended. Good luck.

It is hard to tell for sure without an examination but based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from BBL revision surgery. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

This is a problem that occurs when too much fat is placed in the Buttock with fracturing of the connective tissue and loss of support. The butt essencially blows out. In addition, failure to graft the outer thighs and posterior thigh creates an “ant” deformity.Because the skin has been stretched out too much and the connective tissue support has been destroyed, removing fat from the Buttock is a dangerous proposition. Therefore the only way to correct this problem is to do buttock Lift with an incision in the upper portion of the Buttock. I have seen this problem a number of times and have corrected it this way.  No other technique is likely to be of benefit. I have sent you a link to a case Best Regards- 

Your result is fixable with limitations.  You can remove fat from the lateral buttock/thigh and re-inject additional fat to provide better balance.  When surgeons try to add fat over the "hip" or lateral thigh to create more flair, the results can often be less than desirable aesthetically.  

I suggest you follow up with your provider and talk to him or her about doing a revision.  You should definitely be able to get some nice improvements but grafting some fat to your outer thighs and removing some of the fat in the transition zone to your hips. Best, Mats Hagstrom,MD
