Is it okay to have Botox 24-48 hours after Sculptra?

I am booked in for sculptra on Wednesday Next week. I have an appointment for Botox on Friday, I have Botox for brow lift and crows feet. Will I be ok having these two treatments a couple days apart?

Yes, having Sculptra on Wednesday and then Botox for brow lift and crow’s feet on Friday is generally fine. Sculptra and Botox work differently and in different layers, so having them a couple of days apart does not usually interfere with either treatment’s results. Most injectors say spacing them by a few days up to a week is acceptable, and many patients even get them on the same day as long as the areas don’t overlap.
After Sculptra you’ll be asked to avoid rubbing or massaging the treated areas for a short period so the product stays where it was placed, but routine facial injections like Botox a couple of days later shouldn’t affect that.
If your injector has a specific protocol or preference for spacing, just follow their guidance, but in most cases this timing is fine and safe.

if you are going to receive Botox in your upper face(for head and frown line and even crows feet)which are not the typical sites for Sculptra injection, there will be no contraindication to het them done.

Yes it should be fine to have your Botox and Sculptra appointments a couple of days apart.  As the treated areas are different for each product there should be no issues.  Speak with your injector for clarification if needed.

Hello, and thank you for your question. Yes, it is perfectly OK to treat multiple areas of the face with injectables. You can certainly treat your forehead and crows feet to Botox, Dysport, or any other neurotoxin after, or during your Sculptra treatment. Make sure to not take any blood thinning medications or supplement a minimum of 1 week before treatment to lessen the chances of bruising.
