What can be done about this pulling under my eyes when smiling? (Photos)

Vivian1826
I have received crows feet Botox for 10 years and quit in the last year due thinking this pulling is from overcompensation. The “pulling/ridge” has slightly improved but I was wondering what exactly this is anatomy wise? Obicularis oculi? And can I get a teeny drop of botox to calm it down directly in it? Or what else can be done?
