Enlargement loose skin correction? (Photo)

I had an enlargement done about 18 months ago and the first 6 months were great. Went from 5.5 girth to 6 size has kept. Skin was firm and stiff when erect. After 12 months the skin became less firm and looser. I'm now thinking about having it undone if possible. Not sure if this issue can be fixed with the looser skin or or if i need to go back for additonal filler.
