Botox usually takes 2 or 3 days to start to work, and will continue to improve over the first 7 to 10 days. The improvement will last up to 6 months. Once the effect starts to wear off, you will need a repeat treatment to continue the anti-wrinkle result. Some find that the effects last longer after having multiple treatments, even up to a year. 

While it varies depending on the person, Botox starts to take effect a few days after the treatment and most patients are able to see the full results of Botox within one week. Based on your individual case, your dermatologist will be able to give you the best estimate for when you should see the full results.

there are muscles that pull the eyebrows down, and there are muscles that pull
the eyebrows up—depending on what expression you're making. When performing a
BOTOX “Brow Lift,” BOTOX is carefully injected into the muscles that pull the
eyebrows down. The eyebrows maintain their ability to pull up but can not pull
down, resulting in a subtle lifted appearance. As with all BOTOX treatments,
the full results will generally be visible within 2-5 days but can take up to
two weeks.

Botox is an excellent way to perform a non-surgical brow lift. While everyone is different, people typically see results within 4-7 days. I tell my patients to return to see me within two weeks for additional Botox if they do not see results with this time frame.

While some patients may see results sooner, most patients will see effects in 7-10 days. I typically see new patients two weeks after intial treatment to evaluate the expected outcome and patient's satisfaction.
