5'4, 115lbs, small, deflated 32C. I've had BA consults with 3 doctors, none recommended a lift. All 3 measured BWD 12 by hand, but Vectra says 13.5. -- Can Vectra get it wrong? Surely, 3 experienced docs couldn't all be mistaken! -- Would 255 (11cm) or 285 (11.5cm) Mod+ better fit my BWD? I'm looking for a very natural result and don't want to go bigger than a small D. -- Could HSC+ Mod+ "lift" the placement of my nipples?
Answer: Implant size Dear cj224466, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Breasts Your nipples are above the folds so you don't need a lift. You have more a deflated than sagging look. Surgeons are more accurate than a computer program which does not adjust well for small differences from the program.

Answer: Breast augmentation This is where it is important to select the right surgeon. An experienced board certified surgeon will use her/his experience and knowledge to help you select the implant that best fits your body and your goals. It does not appear from your photos that a lift is needed and you should have a nice result from breast augmentation. Discuss with your surgeon your goals for the procedure. Bring along before/after photos of breasts you like and don't like. I've included a video about implant selection that I hope you find helpful.

Answer: Breast Augmentation and breast width measurements Thank you for your question. It can be very confusing in trying to determine the appropriate size and shape implant. I have been in practice for 28 years with a focus on breast surgery and revision breast surgery. I believe that breast surgery is an art form and that many surgeons rely too much on breast width measurements. Also, I believe that Vectra is only just a tool. You have it right when you said the Vectra got it wrong. I would go with the surgeon who resonates best with you and whose results you like the best. Forget all the breast width measurements. There are only a guide. Best wishes to you.

Answer: Breast implant size Take all those gimmicks like bwd and throw them out the window. You are better off looking at photos online where it tells you the size of the implant used. Personally I think 325 would be better. The other ways if choosing a size almost always recommend an implant too small
