Treatment options for a single hypertrophic acne scar? (photo)

It's been a long time ago, a few years ago when I was in high school I had a big pimple on my nose, although I didn't suffer from acne, after it healed I was left with a small hypertrophic scar, I tried to remove it with a mesoroller but apart from the good result the skin around the scar became uneven, and although the scar is only about a few millimeters I am very uncomfortable with it, I hope that a steroid shot or laser will help me, or maybe all together
