Timing CO2 ablative laser before Accutane?

I’m considering getting a fully ablative CO2 laser resurfacing treatment for facial acne scarring, but still have acne in other areas of the body. How long should someone wait after having fully ablative CO2 laser resurfacing on the face before doing a course of Accutane? I’d prefer to do the laser treatment first.
