Do I need an SMAS facelift due to volume loss from picking at the skin? (photos)

I believe I have premature volume loss due to poor elasticity caused by picking at my skin. Nasolabial folds are prominent as well as under eye hollows and jowls are forming. Skin seems very loose on face

If you are seeing some improvement, as you mention in your comment, then that may not be a permanent nerve injury. There have been cases of facial nerve injuries after surgery, trauma, disease, that showed recovery even 2-2.5 years after event. Lets hope you are in that group.
