When can I do microneedling after facial lipo?

I'm going to do facial liposuction soon. How long should I wait to do microneedling after lipo, given that the face needs to recover enough?

thanks for your question. 
After liposuction you can have micro needling or better the combination of micro needling and radiofrequency ( e.g. Morpheus 8) after at LEAST 6 weeks however each patient is different and also the recovery time from liposuction can vary patient to patient and so the protocol should be a bespoke protocol for each patient. 
I would suggest to make an appointment with expert doctor aesthetic treatments for a medical assessment in order to make a bespoke after care treatment and discuss possible options/treatments. Best Wishes,

You should be able to tolerate micro-needling at 2 to3 weeks after facial surgery. Except for chin fat, I do not recommend removing other facial fat since this will age you more once you are in your later 40's to early 50's.

This question is best answered by your surgeon who is most familiar with your medical history and details of your surgical plan.  You are correct that you will want to allow your skin to recover before considering resuming microneedling.
