When can I do microneedling after facial lipo?

You should be able to tolerate micro-needling at 2 to3 weeks after facial surgery. Except for chin fat, I do not recommend removing other facial fat since this will age you more once you are in your later 40's to early 50's.

After liposuction you can have micro needling or better the combination of micro needling and radiofrequency ( e.g. Morpheus 8) after at LEAST 6 weeks however each patient is different and also the recovery time from liposuction can vary patient to patient and so the protocol should be a bespoke protocol for each patient.

This question is best answered by your surgeon who is most familiar with your medical history and details of your surgical plan. You are correct that you will want to allow your skin to recover before considering resuming microneedling.
