Do I need a liposuction revision? (Photo)

Question

I had 360 lipo of my upper abdomen, lower abdomen, hips, and thighs. I wore my compression garment 24/7 for 6 months, and got lymphatic massage 6+ times. I feel very unsatisfied with my results. I feel lumpy and the same size I was before. Should I seek a revision or double down on exercise/diet and just hope?

You did not post before photos so we could compare if results were attained? Also was the surgery under light general anesthesia, IV sedation, or only local anesthesia? Was the surgery preformed by boarded plastic surgeon or a clinic doctor? I think doing round 2 superficial liposculpture with J-Plasma would offer much improved results. To make an assessment of the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure, we need to see before and after pictures. If you don’t have before, and after pictures and ask your providers and forward the pictures they took.
It would be helpful if you could explain what you don’t like about the outcome, and what you were hoping it would achieve for you.Delivering consistent quality, liposuction, results is more difficult than most people realize. Number of plastic surgeons who mastered this procedure are in the small minority. There are major variations in skill and experience among different providers.
Considering how much variation there is a Liposuction skilled I recommend patient have multiple in person consultations before scheduling surgery. During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patients with similar body characteristics to your own. And experience plastic surgeon should have no difficulty showing you before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients. There’s no correct number of consultations to have to find the right provider. The more consultations you have the more likely or to find the best provider. Considering how much variation there is skill and approach with Liposuction, I suggest patients consider having five consultations before choosing a provider.
