I’m a 29-year-old trans woman on HRT for a little over 1.5 years. I haven’t had any facial surgeries yet. I generally pass day-to-day, but I’m very interested in refining my facial features to achieve a more feminine, sexy yet soft, and harmonious look. I have a few consultations booked next year and would like to go into them informed. I would love guidance on which procedures (surgical or non-surgical) would be most impactful for me. It would be extremely helpful if you could list your recommendations in order of priority, and also mention which procedures should ideally be done together vs. staged separately. Based on my own research and community feedback, I believe I may have maxillary hypoplasia / midface retrusion and may benefit from correction (whether filler, fat grafting, implants, or osteotomy depending on the case). I’m also looking into: -Brow bone contouring and/or brow lift -Hairline lowering -Chin contouring or reduction -Canthopexy for eye shape -Temple contouring (I feel my upper temples are somewhat wide, but I don’t know how that is typically addressed) I like my nose overall and would prefer to address my midface before considering any rhinoplasty.
