I'm considering having both fat graft and facelift. If I do fat graft first, it can cause scarring and can make the subsequent facelift harder. If I do facelift first and fat graft second, then I heard that the swelling from fat graft can cause some permanent sagging. Which should I do first?

You have double issue: prominent fat pads and the very obvious orbicular crease so the fat pad transposition blefaroplasty will fue the two conditions.
