Chin implant reversal, scar capsule/tissue (regret)

Fat grafting may be a way to correct small volume deficiencies in the chin. The use of fresh frozen cancellous bone grafts (the same that are used in orthopedic surgery) was recommended for moderate chin augmentation as a replacement for an implant.

Having had two operations on your chin, there will be some residual change.
I don’t think there’s anything you can do. Especially if you feel there is too much tissue.
I think your chin actually looks perfect now.
There was some justification for doing the chin implant in the first place but the implant was slightly large.
I think the residual change is actually in your benefit.
I wouldn’t mess with it too much at this point.
I also do not think it’s a good idea to do multiple facial procedures within short time periods.
It can be difficult to assess a single area if other parts of the face are changed as well.
Every area is seen in context with the surrounding areas.
I don’t think you should have more surgical intervention on your chin and move forward.
