It’s hard to interpret the pictures you’ve included.Before contemplating doing a permanent treatment on someone’s face we have to understand what the underlying problem is.HA fillers typically will go away and if fillers created problems, then I don’t see why adding more volume would be a solution.You have to tell us what area you think you need volume restoration, what area was treated and if you think there is still volume left from your initial treatment or what the problem is.If your provider took before, and after pictures, then those would be very important.If you think you were disfigured by having HA fillers with subsequent reversal, then you should probably not have facial fat transfer.I also don’t see a clear indication for facial fat transfer based on the pictures you’ve included.I don’t see any disfigurement, but if previous treatments left, you feeling disfigured, then hold off on having plastic surgery treatments.Best,Mats Hagstrom, MD
