I recommend you Botox. It temporarily relaxes the facial muscles that cause wrinkles on your forehead and around your eyes. Because it's a temporary treatment, you should continue once every 4 months. Botox works to prevent the development of frown lines (and other lines on the upper face, as well) by quieting the overactivity of the muscles of facial expression in the region. However, once lines have become etched-in to the fabric of the skin, a cohesive, low viscosity filler can be used to elevate and smooth the line. Hi thank you for your question! I would recommend starting with your botox routinely, every three months. Botox routinely will help prevent the lines by relaxing the muscles in the forehead and in between the eyebrows. If you are not satisfied with the botox you can use filler to fill the lines directly. I currently use Volbella for the Glabellar lines off label. The other product that could be beneficial for you is smooth threads. These are dissolvable sutures that are placed under the skin to help build your bodies natural collagen in the area.

I think you are a great candidate for microneedling RF with Potenza. This treatment stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, eliminates fine lines and wrinkles. It is typically done in a series of 3 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart. It is recommended to wait at least 2 weeks after Botox to do a microneedling treatment.

It is a good idea to continue getting botox or any other neuromodulator to your problem area every 12 weeks.
