Scar tissue columella - can anything be done to improve my nose such as scar tissue removal or injection? (Photos)

Based on your photos, you appear to have an exaggerated curvature of your columella, and this is also seen on the front view of your nose. An examination would be necessary to provide definitive recommendations, however, repairing this area, with local anesthetic, is something that should be considered, if you're comfortable with that. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. Maneuvers for your surgery would include columellar excision, nasal tip deprojection, among other maneuvers. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
