I had a revision rhinoplasty back in 2019, my columella has a lump on it and scar tissue in right nostril making it look Asymmetrical. Original surgeon refused to use steroid injection on it. I really don’t want to have another revision surgery: can anything be done to improve my nose such as scar tissue removal or injection?
