Scar tissue columella - can anything be done to improve my nose such as scar tissue removal or injection? (Photos)

I had a revision rhinoplasty back in 2019, my columella has a lump on it and scar tissue in right nostril making it look Asymmetrical. Original surgeon refused to use steroid injection on it. I really don’t want to have another revision surgery: can anything be done to improve my nose such as scar tissue removal or injection?

Unfortunately, rhinoplasty surgery is the surgery of millimeters. We do not recommend revision rhinoplasty Unless if there is severe dissatisfaction, and a nasal deformity that is repairable. Thank you for posting your question and photographs. I hope it's helpful. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Based on your photos, you appear to have an overall pleasing nasal appearance. If you are looking to raise your bridge a bit, and to restore some volume to your tip, and to perhaps lower your nostrils, depending on your examination, permanent non-surgical nose job treatments may be considered. Based on your before and after photos you have a relatively normal looking nasal appearance. It's not clear to me whether or not you would benefit from another operation to try to make your nose narrower. Please consider getting a second opinion with another reputable rhinoplasty specialist....
